HEARTLAND SOAPS

Our handmade soaps are a very nice luxury - they create a creamy rich lather that gently cleanses and moisturizes the skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth and lightly fragranced.

We use the finest oils available for our handmade soaps. Our base oils are olive or canola, coconut, palm & castor, and each batch is enriched with shea butter & cocoa butter, and either emu oil, avocado, hemp or almond oil. Goat's milk is added to each batch. Goat's milk has long been known for it's wonderfully nourishing skin softening properties. Our shea butter is unrefined and comes from a women-only cooperative in Burkina Faso, Africa. Herbs & Botanicals that have long been known and used for their skin-loving qualities are also added (calendula, chamomile, comfrey, lavender, lemongrass, mint). Essential oils, to include lavender, lemongrass, patchouli, rosemary, tea tree, clary sage, peppermint, sweet orange, tangerine, pink grapefruit, and spearmint are used, as are fragrance oils. Many of our customers have reported that continued use of our handmade soaps have dramatically improved their skin afflictions, including eczema and psoriasis. See <What Our Customers Are Saying >

Our handmade soaps are made using the cold process method in small, 8 pound batches. Each bar is hand cut and trimmed, then cured for at least four weeks. Each bar will measure approximately 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches and will weigh approximately 5 ounces. We individually wrap our handmade soaps and provide a complete list of ingredients on each bar.

As you can see from the list below, we have a nice selection of handmade soaps for you to choose from. We try to maintain a stock of our handmade soaps at all times, but we do occasionally run out - so please let us know if we may substitute (Email us) . We always welcome suggestions from our customers for new types & fragrances.

Our Soft as Silk Hand & Body Lotions and Soft as Silk Face Cream are perfect compliments to our handmade soaps.

CALMING WATERS HANDMADE SOAP
This is a beautiful white with blue swirls soap. It has a very nice aromatherapy fragrance.... a favorite of many!!!

HAPPY HIPPIE HANDMADE SOAP
